I don't want to schedule matches in certain dates. How do I do this?

It depends on the scheduler you use:

1/ If you use the Template Scheduler, create 'Closed Timeslots' before you create timeslots;
2/ If you use the Advanced Scheduler, after you create timeslots, you can manage team / venue availability from the 'Availability' tab.
