Match previews
Match previews will automatically show on your public website on the match page. It is a textual summary in the form of a match preview for a match.
The process of generating match previews relies on publicly available data for each team, which includes:
The team's recent performance trends.
Their current standings within the league.
Historical outcomes from past encounters between the teams.
Statistical analysis of individual player performances.
However, there are specific conditions under which insights will not be displayed:
If the feature has been disabled in the website's settings (accessible via SETUP --> General Site Settings).
When scores are intentionally hidden for a particular match.
If the match is scheduled to occur more than 30 days in the future.
In cases where the match isn't the next scheduled game for either team involved.
If the website has not received at least 200 page views in the past 30 days.
For matches that are not part of the divisional or tournament play and are instead categorized under a different competition format (i.e. "other matches").
Absence of recent performance data or a history of matches between the two teams.
Should all the above conditions be met yet insights still fail to appear, it's recommended to wait for 60 seconds before refreshing the page, as the system requires this time to load the previews.
Match hub recaps
Match hub recaps provide a summary of a day's action, including match results, standings position changes, statistics, and progress in tournaments. They are displayed in the Match hub for a specific date.
Match hub recaps will be displayed if:
The feature is enabled.
All results are entered within 3 days.
The website has received at least 200 page views in the past 30 days.
Disabling Match previews and Match hub recaps:
To turn off the insights feature for match previews and match hub recaps:
Navigate to SETUP in the website's administrative panel.
Select GENERAL SITE SETTINGS from the available options. Here, you will find the options to disable match previews and match hub recaps.
