Enable Match notifications and Referee notifications in Communication > Email > Notifications so that an email is delivered to verified email addresses for selected roles:
whenever the date and time of a match is changed or the venue of a match changes;
whenever the assigned referees for a match are changed
Send email verification requests from Communication > Email > Email address verification.
